14-day return policy , starting from the date you received your order. Returns can be made without needing to provide any justification, as this is in accordance with the European Union's Right of Withdrawal.

2.1. Return Process

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at contact@suspirostore.com .

The article must meet the following conditions:

  • To be in the same condition as when you received it;
  • Not having been used or spent;
  • To have the original tags attached;
  • It's in the original packaging;

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label , along with instructions on how and where to send your order.

Attention: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us to clarify any questions about returns via our email.

2.1.1. Damaged/Incorrect Items Not Eligible for Return

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item , contact us immediately. This way, we can assess the situation and correct it.

Some types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a notification informing you whether or not the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days . Please remember that the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund may vary.
