What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Credit and Debit Card, MB WAY, Multibanco, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed in less than 24 hours. After being handed over to the carrier (CTT/DPD), the delivery time in mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain is generally 2 to 5 working days, depending on the region.
We do not ship to Madeira, Azores, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
How do I send a return/exchange?
Whether a product can be returned or exchanged depends on your location:
Portugal:
A return order will be generated. After contacting our Customer Support Service, you will be given the option of collection or delivery to a CTT/DPD Point.
Spain:
Our Customer Support team will inform you on how to proceed.
How can I check the sizes?
You can check the size chart here . It's very important that you do this to ensure you receive the most suitable product for you.
How to care for clothes?
Our products are of the highest quality and have undergone rigorous testing. However, it is essential to follow the care instructions on the product label or consult our maintenance guides here .
As a general rule, we recommend not washing at temperatures above 30°C and always inside out.
If using a dryer, do so sparingly. When ironing, always iron inside out.
